Message History and Delivery Reports

For each message sent via the Parentapps portal, you can see detailed delivery reports as well as the option to re-use messages that have already been sent. To view a delivery report for a message, choose Actions then Delivery Report and you will see a list of which parents have or haven’t read a message split by App Notification, SMS, and Email. You can search by name and status, as well as re-sending a message if a parent hasn’t yet read it.

To re-send a notification, you can either Resend to All at the top or re-send to parents individually.

You can also Reuse a message, meaning you can view and edit the contents of a message you have already created and re-send it, making any amends if necessary. To do this, click Actions then Reuse message, you’ll notice we get redirected to the message editor with all the properties from the previous message getting populated automatically. You can now make any amends and choose Send Message in the top right when you are done.

Finally, you can delete a message using the Delete Message action. This will also remove the message from the inbox on the users device.
