Overview of Dashboard

About your Dashboard

Your dashboard is split into three main parts, the menu down the left-hand side shows us the different parts of the site you can edit. The centre of the dashboard is where most of our editing will take place and will change depending on what we want to edit. Initially, there are some quick links to help us move around the website, including a link to our support hub where you can find a full user guide and some training videos you may find useful. Finally, the blue menu bar across the top which shows us we are logged in and gives us quick access to certain functions.

When we hover over our name on the right-hand side, we get the option to log out of the site or edit our profile, which is how we can change our password. It also allows us to move between the frontend and backend of the site quickly, clicking on the school name on the left-hand side will take you to the front end if you are on the dashboard and will take you to the dashboard if you are on the front end.

Launching the Visual Builder

The final function of the menu bar is to allow us to launch the builder and edit our content. Whenever there is content available to edit, there will be a button called “Enable Visual Builder” which you can click to launch the Visual Builder at any point from the frontend.
