The following will need to be checked with parents who are struggling to book on for either the Parent’s Evening or Clubs:
- Are they on the latest version of the app? Please see the following guide to check this.
- Have the parents been selected within the target filter to make a booking? This can be checked under the ‘parents’ section of the booking.
- Are parents trying to book on within the open/closing time frame set within the portal?
