Cannot See Content Within the App

If no content appears when you press into the tab, this may be due to the school’s targeting being set up incorrectly.

If you contact the school directly, they will be able to make the necessary adjustments to the tab so you can then access the content.

Once they have confirmed they have made the necessary changes, the app will take around 10 seconds to pull through the information onto your phone.

You can force update the app content using the refresh button in the top right corner of the Content tab.
