How to Merge or Split Families on the System

If users are active on the app and are only receiving information for certain children, please get in touch with our support team and they will be able to merge them on to the main family account.

If certain parents are to see or receive certain information for children, then please let the support team know and they will be able to make the required changes to the accounts.

Please note, split parent account can only be done if there is more than one child.
