Parents Do Not Have Access to All of their Children

If a users ‘active’ account does not have all children assigned, there is a chance there is a duplicate account within the system that will need merging. If this is the case, please get in touch with our support team and we will be able to sort this. The siblings will then pull through for the parent and going forward will receive all communication for them.
