Managing Updated Contact Details

Parents can update their profile details using the Edit Profile section of the app. Whenever a parent does this, you will receive a notification within the portal, as well as an e-mail (if selected) to inform you of the change.

To view the changes, click into the Profile Updates section in the top-right corner. The button will flash to let you know that there are unreviewed updates. You can see what was changed, which student the contact is attached to, as well as the option to delete an update once you have reviewed or acted upon it.

Each update will automatically override the information in our portal and on the app but does not write any data back into your MIS system. This must be done manually; you can export all updates from this section to a CSV file to help you update your MIS system, just click the blue Export button.
