Reset Password

  1. Open your app.
  2. Go to the Login screen.
  3. Find your child’s school / nursery in search bar.
  4. You will then need to enter your e-mail address or mobile number that you registered to your account.
  5. Then click on the reset password link underneath the password box.
  6. This will send you a link to reset your password.
  7. Once completed, go back and login with your new login details.
Should you no longer have access to the email address, please get in touch with your child’s school or nursery and ask them to update it. Unfortunately, due to Data Protection regulations we are unable to make any changes to contact details stored within the Parentapps system.
