Not Receiving Push Notifications

If the school are sending out information via the app and you are not being alerted, this may be caused by one of the following:

  1. Have you enabled push notifications for the app? This can be checked under your device’s settings.
  2. Are you on the latest version of the app? Please see the following page for this: App Update
  3. Speak to school and check you have been included in the targeting. Some messages will only be sent to certain parents.
