If a parent can’t login but they’re already showing as active it’s either because they have forgotten their password, or they are trying to use their original activation email invite to login which has since expired.
To reset their password
- Ask the parent to open the app
- Search for the school
- They will then see a login screen
- Enter their email address and click Forgot Password
- They will then receive an email to reset their password
- If they haven’t received the email they’ll need to check their junk/spam folders
