We find that the most common cause of a PDF not saving when you are trying to upload is that the file size is too big. To upload, we need to compress the PDF. You can do this by using a free 3rd party website such as smallPDF.com
- If you choose to use this site, choose the compress PDF option on the top left.
- Add your current PDF to the box.
- Once done, it will give you two options. The basic compression should work fine.
- This will then let you download your PDF at a much smaller size.
- Go back into your Parentapps Portal and it should now upload.
