Student Whoopsing (Manual Schools)

A whoops error occurs when there is no parent information against the child.
  1. To fix this, delete the child having issue from your Parentapps portal.
  2. Hit the Add student button located in the top right corner of the Students page.
  3. Re-enter all their details.
  4. Click Save in the top right corner.
  5. You should then be able to enter into the child’s profile without any Whoops error message appearing.
