A whoops error occurs when there is no parent information against the child. This usually occurs when no primary one contact is assigned to the child within your MIS system.
- To fix this please follow the steps below:
- Go into your MIS system (SIMS/Arbor etc).
- Ensure the parent is assigned as a primary one contact.
- You’ll then need to go back into the Parentapps dashboard.
- Go into the Students section.
- Delete the child that was whoopsing.
- Then click Wonde the day after and they should transfer in correctly from your MIS.
- You’ll then just need to go into the Users, find the parent and invite them.
