When you receive a whoops error while trying to save updates to a student or user’s profile, this means that the contact information is already in use for another contact within your school.
We would recommend checking if the child has a sibling within the school or the parent is listed as a contact for another child.
If this is the case, check they are family linked within your MIS system.
If this is not the case, try saving without the email address, we often find minor typos cause the odd issue in saving.
